   your paying for the pleasant tin that the product is in, the balm istelf is tinggly or "cooling" as it mentions, but the balm is just like vaseline, i feel like its not really a balm as such and really feel the difference between using lanolin and then using this, there is no comparison, i probably wouldnt purchase again, but the tin is gorgeous, not worth the $15 though.

2. Not my favourite

   This feels slightly better than the one in the tube but still not as moisturising as I need it to be. I prefer Carmex or Vaseline.

3. Great for Winter

   So so moisturising and it smells great! This really helped me in winter as my lips dry so much during those cold months. Great lip balm!

4. Minty

   Very good at moisturising but the mint makes my lips sting a little.

   This lip balm feels nice to apply on the lips and it's not sticky at all. It has a slight pale pink tint and has a cooling sensation on the lips due to the mint, which I really like. This is a big tin that will last for ages.

   Really nice product - not slimy or sticky on the lips, and a lovely fresh taste. The colour effect is really subtle, though - a slight rosiness only. I wouldn't have minded a little more tint personally.

   I love lip balms and Im very particular. Thought Id try this one out. The tin is just adorable but the balm itself is incredible, has a mild minty aroma and gorgeous feel, i left mine in the car and yes it melted. The lid can also be hard to take off.

    This lip balm smells amazing and the mint in it makes my lips feel really fresh. My lips aren't super dry but get a bit dry now and then and this lip balm is a great moisturiser. Doesn't make my lips feel dryer after. I tell all my friends to purchase this and bought my mum one.

    I really love this lip balm! The tin really cute and it makes my lips soft throughout the day. The smell is amazing and I love the feeling of the mint on my lips

    I love this lip balm for day time use, really nourishing and hydrates my lips really well in air conditioned office all day. Actually really like the added mint, feels really refreshing when applied.

    This is a beautiful, easy to apply lip gloss! It has a beautiful tint, scent and feel - it leaves my lips in great condition! The tin is pretty big - will last a long time! Cant recommend more highly!

    This is very hydrating and my lips haven't been dry since I got it, I also think the mint in this makes my lips plumper, its just one of the best lip balms I have and its definitely something I have recommended my friends try cause it's amazing!

    I love the original and this one is almost identical apart from the added mint, it feels cooling and refreshing and leaves my lips super soft!

17. Lovely but does melt

    The product itself is wonderful, the scent is divine and it feels beautiful on the lips. The problem is that the (very cute) tin packaging makes it easy for the product to melt and leak in your bag in summer. Then it gets hard to open the tin and it ends up a sticky, unusable mess :( I ended up keeping mine in the bedside table, where I'm quite happy to use it before bed each night!

18. Fantastic

    I love this multipurpose cruelty free product. I primarily use it on my lips and I love the pink tint and tingle from the mint. Reminiscent of the burts bees lipbalm. "Petrolatum" is its main ingredient though. I look forward to trying Smith's other products but this one is lasting me so long!
